Job Opportunity: Social Media Account Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are currently seeking a Social Media Account Manager for our client based in Riyadh.
Proficiency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives and providing strategic guidance.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
3. Collect client feedback to continually improve services and exceed expectations.
4. Content Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive content calendars aligned with client objectives.
5. Work closely with the content creation team to develop engaging and creative content.
6. Write compelling captions and video briefs to guide content creation.
7. Execution Oversight: Monitor the execution of content plans, ensuring they align with the overall strategy.
8. Collaborate with the team to organize photo shoots and coordinate content creation activities.
9. Ensure all content is in line with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
10. Influencer Relations: Lead influencer engagement efforts, identifying suitable influencers and managing relationships.
11. Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and impactful content for clients.
12. Platform Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends and features of social media platforms, utilizing insights to optimize strategies.
13. Implement innovative approaches to enhance client visibility and engagement.
14. Collaborate with clients and team members to adapt content for diverse linguistic and cultural audiences.
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on client servicing and team leadership.
3. Language Proficiency: Effective communication in Arabic, with proficiency in English.
